[iDC] Not your daddy's academic criteria

I know Trebor hates short missives, btu I will try to have a little meat.

In fact, there are some institutions that have heard this call.  In fact,
Columbia College has allowed our department to adopt in part a number of
Jon's ideas in our criteria for tenure in Interactive art and Media, and
small parts of the language in our full professor criteria.  While this
might be a small advance, (in relation to the adoption of such ideas by
larger accreditation bodies), I believe that it is a good step in the
general direction, as history shows in the long run, even after centuries or
millennia, progressivism usually has won out.
