I am good also with a defined group. I suggested guidelines for  development stepson december 16  http://distributedcreativity.typepad.com/submap/

 I still think we should adhere to them and go through the points there.

There are few resources needed as this point as lucia had programmers available. That's the only expense that I can see  for now. Of course later a grant would help. We can develop this in parallels.
