Dear all,

Sorry, I am not ready yet [I am still working on my thesis]. As my 
deadline is approaching [February 10] I am looking forward to engage 
in this project very soon.

It seems to be an exciting and great start. I would just say that I 
don't see many reasons to have central and east as the starting 
regions. I would point that south and east are far the most 
problematic regions, having the centre as a region that  eventually 
converges a bit of north and west. But it is merely speculative and 
others may have better arguments to start it differently.
