[mapping] Meeting

Hi Ricardo,

It¹d be great to meet with everybody.
But without Lucia and the programmers it¹s hard to progress the project.
I suggest that in our meeting we should discuss concrete steps of working on
the project. 
I did not plan a conference on mapping but one on Open Source Software.

Lucia, -- did the grant for the project come through? This may have been all
discussed but I don¹t speak Portugese...
