Both schedules in one email!!!please respond to this to - pniblock at compuserve.com
On October 21/22 2023, at silent green in berlin, there was a 24 hour concert of my music and the films/video of the Movement of People Working (many new films/video have been added) on 8 projections, looping (5 meters wide each), and with 12 live performers
And now, on december 21 and 22 2023, the same 24 hours as two sets each day from noon to midnight, on three screens and with live players, at Roulette in NY, each day is a different program
On the first day the films will be, essentially, the ones I have been showing at Roulette for some years, but the second day will be many new films, or re-edited films from the same period, 1973 to 1991
There will be six musicians playing live on the two days
In 1990, I changed from 16mm film to Hi8 Video (sadly) and shot 12 two hours video cassettes, 24 hours, in Sumatra, and in '91, 8 tapes in Romania. I edited that video in Davinci Resolve and it is part of the second days time, as well as other films, some of which I had not seen since the early '80s
So, two different programs, December 21 and 22, noon to midnight, at Roulette, 509 Atlantic Ave at Third Avenue, Brooklyn NY - Roulette.org
