Forgot to mention this group in Chicago, which i found about through a 
workshop at the Indymedia center here in urbana a few months back that 
was part of a "barnraising" weekend with the Prometheus Radio Project.
Anyway, the Center for Neighborhood Technology and some community 
partners presented some uses for wifi networks in "underserved" 
neighborhoods in chicago that included various broadcast projects as 
well as internet accessibility
